Paul Lathrop is Urbantasm‘s producer.

Paul mostly hails from Flint, Michigan, since he doesn’t count the years spent “in the thumb.” He lives about an hour south these days, with his spouse, their kid, a grumpy old cat, and gardens galore. When he’s not busy building distributed systems for a prominent Fortune 500 company, or an upcoming startup, Paul enjoys reading, camping, gaming, advocacy, and most of all spending time with his family.

Hosanna Patience is Urbantasm‘s editorial advisor and content and copy editor for Books One, Two, and Three.

Hosanna is a graduate of The New School’s MFA program, where she was a merit scholar. She is a recipient of the AWP Writers’ Conferences & Centers scholarship for an emerging fiction writer, the Pearl Sperling Evans Prize for most promise in fiction, and she is a nominee for inclusion in Best New American Voices 2008. She is currently completing her first novel, Fillmore.

 

Sam Perkins-Harbin of Forge22.com is Urbantam’s book, cover, and web designer.

Captain Sam Perkins-Harbin is a lifelong adventurer, artist, and maker.
He has produced a wide body of visual work in a range of genres and styles, not wanting to limit himself. He enjoys working with writers and musicians to produce and collaborate on cover art and promotional materials.
He currently lives in a van, most likely down by the river, but just as equally upon a mountain or at sea. But like, on a boat at sea, not in the van on the water, that’s just weird.

 

Kelsey Ronan is Urbantasm’s content and copy editor for Books Three and Four.

Kelsey grew up in Flint, Michigan. Her writing has appeared in LitHub, Michigan Quarterly Review, New Ohio Review, Kenyon Review, and elsewhere. Her debut novel, Chevy in the Hole, is forthcoming (Holt, 2022). She lives in Detroit.

 

Darcie Rowan was Urbantasm‘s publicist in 2018.

For more than twenty-two years, Darcie Rowan has been helping business leaders, management consultants, entrepreneurs, authors, publishers, and non-profit executives achieve their marketing goals. Darcie excels at “seeing the big picture” and developing marketing and promotional strategies that get the desired results. She works hand-in-hand with her clients to identify promotional opportunities, create multidimensional media branding initiatives, and executeimpactful public relations and publicity campaigns.

Ms. Rowan is a graduate of New York University with a degree in journalism. She resides in Brooklyn, New York, with her husband Antal.

Reinhardt Suarez is Urbantasm‘s proofreader and publishing consultant.

He is a writer, editor, raconteur, chicken sandwich aficionado, and karaoke gladiator. When not writing books about meddlesome teens engaging in unlikely acts of derring-do, he reviews young adult novels for the American American Library Association’s Booklist Online. He lives in Minneapolis, Minnesota, with his wife, Kristin, his daughter, Morrigan, and their feline overlord, Karl.
